The Torter e-Design team proudly contributed to one of the standout exhibition spaces at the 2026 Lakópark Expo, where the premium brand identity of Biggeorge Property met innovative custom stand construction solutions. The event opened with a professional industry day on March 20, 2026, followed by public access on March 21, showcasing Hungary’s latest and most exciting residential property developments.
As one of Hungary’s leading real estate exhibitions, Lakópark Expo offers visitors the opportunity to connect directly with property developers, explore newly built residential projects, and discover premium investment opportunities. The exhibition is designed to support homebuyers, families searching for modern living solutions, and investors interested in high-end urban developments.
Based on the creative visual concepts developed by Adamsky Positive, the stand was ultimately built entirely from scratch. While the original plan focused on renovating a previous structure, the decision to create a completely new exhibition stand allowed for a far more distinctive, modern, and visually impactful appearance.
One of the strongest visual features of the stand was its bold brand color palette. The combination of dark blue and gold created an elegant, premium atmosphere that immediately distinguished the exhibition space from its surroundings. Using such a strong and sophisticated color combination within an exhibition environment is a rare and confident design choice, perfectly reflecting the exclusive character of the Biggeorge Property brand. Custom vinyl graphics applied to the dark blue walls further enhanced the modern architectural aesthetic.
The visual identity elements appeared consistently throughout the stand, including custom-designed hostess counters and column claddings. Illuminated logos and signage, digital display systems, premium meeting zones, bespoke reception desks, and contemporary suspended ceiling elements transformed the space into a luxury real estate showroom experience.
Modern designer furniture also played a key role within the exhibition interior. Featured pieces included the elegant light grey chair, the iconic shell barstool, and the industrial-inspired loft coffee table. These furniture elements not only elevated the visual atmosphere of the stand but also ensured comfortable meeting and client reception areas throughout the exhibition.
